2025 TRAILER BOOKINGS
Here is the list of bookings we have for the ice cream trailer for 2025.
I will also include the craft vendor shows that we have booked.
February
8TH - Walhalla's Sweets and Treats Vendor Market. 2-7pm. I will have pre-scooped cups of Hank's Ice Cream and I will have Crafts - Laser Wood Creations!
12th - Last day to order Valentine's Day Ice Cream and Wood Standing Rose. See ice cream order page for details.
14th - Delivery for the Valentine's Day Ice Cream and Wood Standing Rose.
11am - Langdon & Walhalla, 1pm - Cavalier, 1:30pm - Munich
April
11TH - 12th - The Big One Craft Show in Minot. We will have crafts only at this event.

13TH-14th - Tentatively (Motor Cycle Ride In)
28TH-29th - Smoke n Shine. Grand Forks, Alerus Center

19TH - Langdon Music Fest
25th-26th - Cavalier all school reunion

Want Hank's Ice Cream at your party?
Having Hank's Ice Cream at your party would be awesome! We have two options for you to choose from.
1. We can scoop up cups for you to have at your party. Cup sizes are 8 or 12 oz cups with lids and stickers stating what flavor is in the cup. You decide flavors you want from our flavors on hand.
2.* Hire our truck or trailer to be at your party. There is a Pre-payment fee of $100. We will keep track of sales during the party, and if the total goes over that pre-payment of $100, then the balance is due at the end of the event.
*Here is an alternate option: You hand out ice cream 'tickets' to each guest when they arrive.
When the tickets are gone, the guests pay for their own ice cream.
*Travel fees may apply
